Leg 03 · Platform · eAvy, your first officer

a first officer foryour safety team.

eAvy reads the record, traces what it is linked to, finds the look-alike occurrences and drafts the next step. Every suggestion is a card to accept, edit or reject. The copilot proposes, a person decides.

Your AI first officer

Reads the record, drafts the next step.

eAvy follows the links, finds the look-alikes, then drafts the summary, the classification and the action. It picks from your taxonomy, it never invents.

Traces the links. Related occurrences, findings and corrective actions, in front of you, not buried across tabs.

Finds the look-alikes. Past occurrences that resemble this one, surfaced, so a repeat pattern is obvious, not a hunch.

Drafts the next step. A first-pass summary, a suggested classification, or a draft corrective action, ready to refine.

Flags the gap. A record short of a requirement or a lapsing competency, raised early enough to fix.

Behind the copilot

Fifty-plus specialists,
five categories.

A fleet tied to the workflow. Each one proposes, a person validates, and a low-confidence suggestion is held back.

AI proposes, you decide

Nothing commits without a person.

Every suggestion is a one-click card to accept, edit or reject, and the decision is recorded against the record. eAvy and the API can never advance a workflow or set a sign-off.

One click, your call. Take the draft as-is, change a word, or throw it away. The card waits for you, it never decides itself.

Recorded, not a black box. What eAvy suggested and what you did with it is written down, so the record shows how each entry got there.

It cannot move the workflow. Neither the copilot nor the API can advance a workflow or set a sign-off. Only a person can.

Confidentiality holds

It cannot reveal what you cannot see.

A confidential report stays invisible to anyone not cleared for it, even when they ask eAvy. It only ever works with what the person in front of it is already allowed to see, so Annex 19 protection holds straight through the AI.

Costs in plain credits

Measured in credits. Never a surprise bill.

AI use is metered in credits, a per-seat allowance plus an organisation wallet with hard limits. You always know where you stand.

A per-seat allowance. Every seat carries its own credits, so a single user can never run away with the whole budget.

An org wallet with hard caps. Reach the ceiling and AI use pauses. It never quietly turns into a bigger invoice.

Credits are the only unit. What the copilot consumes, in one number you can read, never dollars or model names.
