They classify occurrences, draft the bow-tie, propose a risk score, and flag precursors across linked records, always confidence-scored. Every suggestion runs through an accept, modify or reject trail, so a human validates before anything becomes part of the operational picture. Governance state is locked, so the AI can never set it.

Enforced closure gates. A record can’t close until barriers are assessed, corrective actions are proven effective, and sign-off is recorded, verified 13 of 13 by a scenario suite run against the shipped platform.
